4" Heat Shrink Tubing, Tubing Type Polyolefin, Tubing Diameter 3/16", Length 4". Polyolefin tubing shrinks under heat application to insulate wiring up to half its diameter. Useful for repairing cords and covering tool handles. Makes strong rope loops and neat ends. 600V/mil dielectric strength. 2 to 1 shrink rate. 4".
