Just Mix The Powder With The Bonding Liquid In The Pail. Nonshrinking Formula With Exceptional Strength And Adhesion For Use On Worn Concrete/Masonry As Well As Glass, Steel, Aluminum, And Wood. Can Be Featheredged Or Applied To Desired Thickness, Eliminating Multiple Layers. Ideal To Anchor Bolts, Railings, And Other Fixtures Into Concrete And To Build Up Worn Or Broken Step Corners Without Using Forms.
